As the Cybersecurity Landscape grows more complex day by
day, and as new threat variants seem to evolve which are even more dangerous,
SMBs in particular need to get some sort of financial support in case they
become a victim. One area that they can get
this is in is in having a good Cybersecurity Insurance Policy.
Keep in mind that getting a Cyber Policy is not the same
thing as getting car insurance. The
process can take a lot longer, and there are more things that an SMB owner has
to do in order to be even considered as an applicant. For example, they have to fill out an extensive
questionnaire to prove that they are compliant with all of the controls that
they need.
